Dr. Mona Carlos A. Zoughaib is a transformation strategist, PMO architect, and international speaker with over 30 years of experience leading change across banking, aviation, government, and consulting in the Middle East. She is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of We Grow Minds, where she designs high-impact learning and transformation programs that strengthen leadership, systems, and organizational capability. With a PhD in Management Science specializing in project management and HR analytics, she is known for transforming complex challenges into practical, human-centered solutions.

What is TEDx?

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.

Our event is called TEDxJumeirahBeachPark, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxJumeirahBeachPark event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.

The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
